Returns & Refunds
We want you to be delighted with our products, so if you receive an item that you are unhappy with, please return it to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund of the goods value or exchange. We regret refunds cannot be given for opened/part packs unless the product is defective.
Please use the Returns Form sent with your order. Every care must be taken to ensure the product is returned in resaleable condition. Please note, however, that we are not liable for the cost of returning goods to us unless the goods are defective or have been sent in error.
Refunds and exchanges may only be processed when the returned item has been received by us. Upon receipt of your return, please allow 7 working days for your return or exchange to be dealt with. We recommend that proof of postage is obtained in case of loss in transit.

We are unable to accept returns of digital files once downloaded unless there is a fault. In the case of a fault with the digital download, please contact us within 28 days of purchase. It is your responsibility to download the files and check that for faults within this period. We will not be able to issue a refund after this time.
