Safety first and always is our motto at Baker Ross. All our toys satisfy stringent UK and European Community Safety Laws, and carry the UKCA and CE Mark, the manufacturers and importers declaration that this is the case.
We aim to cater for a variety of ages and therefore leave it to the discretion of our customers to assess whether a child is old enough for any particular item, and to ensure it is sensibly used.
Items bought from us are not suitable for children under 3 years of age unless otherwise stated.

When you key personal data on our websites that information is secured using compliant secure socket layer (SSL) technology and AES-256 encryption.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our very best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to our site. Therefore, any transmission is at your own risk.
