Setting up an account
To open an account with us, simply complete a Credit Account Application form.
Please allow up to 72 hours from receipt of your completed application form to set up your account. Once you receive our email confirmation you can immediately start placing your orders online, by post, email or fax.

We are happy to offer 30-day credit terms to schools, local authorities and NHS when they submit their orders as follows. These following methods do not require an account application form to be completed.
- School order on School official letter headed paper and signed by a Head Teacher, a Bursar or School Business Manager, sent via post, fax or email attachment. We also accept official School Purchase Orders signed by an authorised signatory or Head Teacher.
- Local Authority and NHS Official Purchase Orders, sent by fax, post or email attachment.

You can place a credit account order using any of the following methods:
Online
Once you have signed into your online credit account, you will be required to quote your Customer Reference Number, Billing Address and Postcode and Purchase Order Number (where this is a requirement of the establishment you are ordering on behalf of), so please have this information to hand when placing your order. When you arrive at check out, you will be able to select the payment method ‘Purchase Order’ and this will process your order with 30 days payment terms.

Please allow up to 72 hours from us receiving your credit account application for your account to be set up. We will email you to confirm one your account is ready.
If your organisation operates a 'No PO No PAY' policy, or uses a purchase order system, we require you to provide us with your Purchase Order Number when ordering.
Our payment terms are 30 days from Invoice date. Therefore, should you require a proof of delivery in order for you to pay your invoice, please ensure you request a ‘proof of delivery’ within the 30 days of the invoice date.
If we do not have your name as an authorised contact user for your organisation’s account, then we will require you to email us at creditcontrol@bakerross.co.uk and request to be added to our contacts prior to placing an order.
Please ensure you quote the correct product codes, description and price when placing your order. Any order with incorrect details may be declined or held whilst we contact you for amendments.
