• By submitting this form you are agreeing to us to obtaining a credit check from a credit reference agency, and where necessary a credit limit may be applied.
• I accept liability to input a Purchase Order Number/ Order Reference for all orders placed online, where this is a requirement of my establishment, and that by failing to do so my establishment will remain liable for payment of the order.
• POD - I agree that where we require proof of delivery this must be requested by us within 30 days of the date of the invoice.
• I have read Baker Ross’s full Terms & Conditions and that Retention of Title is in place until all goods are paid for in full.
