How to Make
Step 1
Firstly, using the template, cut out the shapes from card. Then, cut out the bottom of the paper cup using scissors.
Step 2
Cut the tip of the balloon off and tie the knot.
Step 3
Put double sided tape around the base of the paper cup tube and pull the balloon over so that it sits tightly.
Step 4
Cover the paper cup in the black card.
Step 5
Then, stick on the penguins’ features.
Step 6
Place a few Glitter Snowball Pom Poms into the penguin popper. To pop, pull the balloon and release!
