Step 1
Print and cut out the template.
Step 2
Using felt, draw around the template.
Step 3
Cut out the felt shapes.
Step 4
Stick the layers of the shamrock down using super tacky glue.
Step 5
Decorate with glitter glue and leave it to dry.
Step 6
Stick on the badge backing.
