Top Tip

Be careful when cutting the leaves. Keep the sheet towards you, ensuring the cellophane is tight when cutting.

How to Make

  1. Print off the leaves template provided. Take a sheet of yellow cellophane and lay it over the top of the template sheet.
  2. Use a black marker pen to trace three leaves onto the cellophane. Trace three leaves onto red, three leaves onto green and two leaves onto pink, ensuring you've used all of the leaf templates at least once.
  3. Carefully cut out each of the leaves, leaving the marker pen outline visible. You should have 11 leaves in total.
  4. Arrange your shapes randomly on top of a sheet of plastic film. Lay a second sheet of acetate on top, sandwiching the leaves inside and secure with tape around the edges. Cut strips of black card to fit each side of your window and stick to the edges with double-sided tape to create a border.
