How to Make
Step 1
Cut out the glitter backing card using the large circle template and the scalloped craft scissors.
Step 2
Glue the label message on top of the glitter circle and create a hole in the top with the hole punch.
Step 3
Tie the label around the top of the bubble wand and finish with a bow.
Step 4
Decorate the bubbles with a pearl heart sticker.
