How to Make
Step 1
To start, cut strips from one of the cardboard tubes. Glue the strips inside the top of another tube to create a domed shape.
Step 2
Using the template cut the leaves and the rectangle from the green card.
Step 3
Wrap another tube with the green rectangle and glue on the leaves.
Step 4
Glue the two tubes together and allow to dry.
Step 5
Cut different size squares of tissue paper and scrunch into balls.
Step 6
Dip the tissue balls into the glue and push them onto the top of your flower, making sure to cover all the empty space.
