How to Make

Step 1

Log Slice Owl

Glue a few longer feathers to the sides of your willow circle to form the wings, and then smaller feathers near the eyes, making sure they point outwards to form the eyebrows. Take two medium sized cut twigs and glue them where you want the eyes to be. Don't worry about covering parts of the eyebrows.

Step 2

Log Slice Owl

Take two smaller pieces of twig. Add some extra strong glue and place them on the medium-sized twigs. Then stick two small brown pompoms on top. Leave to dry

Step 3

Log Slice Owl

Glue a larch cone in the gap between the eyes to form the owl's nose and leave it to dry. Cut about 5 cm of string. Make a loop out of it and glue it to the back of the willow circle. Then leave it to dry. Hang up your beautiful decoration. You can make even more owls and create a family of owls in different sizes.
