How to Make

1. Cut a strip of masking tape, then cut it in half lengthways so that you have two thin strips of masking tape.
2. Use the thin strips of masking tape to spell out ‘TOP’ in the upper section of the canvas, and ‘DAD’ below it. Cut more thin strips of tape if needed.
3. Use blue, orange and red paints (or any colours of your choice) to paint a stripy pattern across the whole of the canvas. Remember to paint the edges. Leave to dry.
4. Once the paint has fully dried, peel off the masking tape letters to reveal the words which will be in white.

Top Tip

Make sure the masking tape is fully stuck down at the edges, otherwise some paint may seep underneath it.
