How to Make
Step 1
Paint your wooden banner blue.
Step 2
Print off the cone template and cut it out of brown card.
Step 3
Cut a sponge into a circle.
Step 4
On a piece of card squirt three colours next to each other in a triangle and dip on the sponge so that you get all three colours on the sponge. Using the sponge, print 3 balls of ice cream and let it dry before sticking down the cone.
Step 5
Drizzle glue from the top and let it drip a little, sprinkle the scene with red glitter. Chop up some of the Scoubidous and sprinkle these on top.
Step 6
Grab some twine or string and hang your banner on the wall.
