How to Make

Step 1

Poppy Luminary Jar

Firstly, cut out squares from blue and green tissue paper, ovals from red tissue paper and circles from black tissue paper.

Step 2

Poppy Luminary Jar

Paint a layer of PVA glue over the jar. Stick green tissue paper on the bottom half of the jar and blue tissue paper on the top half.

Step 3

Stick two ovals together to create a poppy shape and stick a black circle in the middle.

Step 4

Apply another layer of PVA glue over the entire jar.

Step 5

Cut a length of jute twine and tie it around the jar.

To finish, put LED lights in the jar and watch your creation light up.
