Step 1
Start by squirting blobs of paint onto the cardboard. To create rounded shapes, such as the snowman’s body, Santa’s face and hat, the robin, and the Christmas pudding, use the back of a spoon and swirl the paint onto the page.
Step 2
To create spikey shapes, such as Santa’s beard, use a generous amount of paint again and the back of the fork. Paint this onto the page with a downward swiping motion.
Step 3
Once all the shapes are dry stick on some wiggly eyes.
Step 4
Give your characters features like noses, mouths, arms and feet with coloured deco pens.
