How to Make
- Soften some Fimo clay by handling it for a few minutes then roll out to approximately 4mm thick. Cut a triangle measuring 2.5cm along the top and 2cm on both sides.
- Take some tiny dots of white Fimo and carefully flatten them onto the triangle to make polka dots. Use a cocktail stick to make two holes at the top of the flag.
- Make nine shapes in this way then bake in the oven as per the manufacturer’s instructions. Allow the flags to cool down then thread a plastic needle with a long length of thin ribbon and pass it through the shapes.
- Make sure the ribbon is long enough to tie around your neck. Take two more strands of ribbon and tie in a knot at one end of the flags to secure them in place; there will now be five lengths of ribbon on one side. Repeat for the other end to finish.
