How to Make
Step 1
To begin, tie a knot in the end of the balloon, then cut a small section from the top.
Step 2
Stretch the balloon over one end of the cardboard tube and secure it in place with tape.
Step 3
Cover the tube with a 10.5 cm by 15 cm piece of kraft paper and glue it in place.
Step 4
Decorate your confetti popper using heart and letter glitter foam stickers.
Step 5
Make your confetti by hole punching white, silver, and glitter card. Add some confetti into the tube, then pull back the knotted balloon and release to make it pop!
