How to Make
Step 1
Start by taking the wooden dowel and securing a strip of ribbon to the top using hot glue. Continue wrapping the ribbon tightly all the way down the length of the stick, gluing it in place at the bottom.
Step 2
Next, take the heart shape and use hot glue to attach flowers to it, trimming the stems first so they sit neatly.
Step 3
Fill any gaps between the flowers by adding pearl beads for extra detail.
Step 4
At the bottom of the heart, attach several strips of ribbon so they hang down freely.
Step 5
Glue the decorated stick to the back of the heart, securing it firmly in place (you can use one of the trimmed flower stems for extra support if needed).
Step 6
Finish by attaching three bells to the front of the wand.
