Fold the tissue paper when cutting out the squares. This way you’ll cut out multiple squares at once.
How to Make
Step 1
To start, for the tassel, begin by wrapping pink wool around your hand. Aim for 15 wraps, but you can always do more. Pull the wool off your hand, then thread a length of wool through the top loops. Next, pull the two ends together and tie a knot. Carefully cut along the loops at the bottom.
Step 2
Take another piece of thread and wrap about one-third of the way down, then secure tightly with a knot. Trim the tassel.
Step 3
Next, cut a length of wool and thread it through the hole in the wreath.
Step 4
Stick the tassel to the bottom of the heart wreath using super tacky glue.
Step 5
Cut out squares of pink and white tissue paper.
Step 6
To finish, stick the centre of each square to the heart wreath to create texture. Repeat this until the wreath is full.
