How to Make

1. Cut strips of felt in red and white about 12 cm x 1.5 cm you will need 5 of each colour.
2. Then cut 10 strips of blue felt 6 cm x 1 cm.
3. Fold and stick each strip into a loop.
4. Now cut a square of felt roughly 5×5 and stick your red and white strips alternating in a circle onto it.
5. Then when dry stick the blue strips in a circle on top of this.
6. Then stick the template onto the front.
7. Cut strips of metallic card about 6 cm x 1 cm.
8. cutting a small triangle out of one end of each strip to resemble ribbon.
9. Now stick these in between each red and white strip from the back.
10. Stick on a pin badge and let dry.
11. Decorate with little stars.

Top Tip

You could make this as a hair slide instead by sticking it onto a clip instead of the pinback.
