How to Make
- Start with a square of paper (you will need to cut a perfect square if you are using a4).
- Placing the square on the table Fold the right point over to the left point creating a central vertical crease and then unfold.
- Fold the lower left and right diagonal edges in to align with the central vertical crease.
- Turn over your shape and fold the left and right diagonal edges to the central crease again.
- Fold the bottom point up to meet the top point.
- Fold the top point down about 2cm to create the head. And down again.
- Lift the bird and fold the back section in half.
- Gently pull on the swan’s neck and fold when you are at a position you like.
- Adjust so that the swan stands independently.
Top Tip
Be sure to use your nail to make each fold really tight for the best end result.
