Top Tip

Make sure the paint is completely dry before using the gold pen over the top.

How to Make

Cover the whole of one side of the fan with a coat of red paint. Wait until it dries and then add another coat of paint if needed.
Once the paint is dry, use the gold deco pen to draw an outline of a dragon on either side of the fan, and then colour them in.
Use a black pen to write ‘2024’ at the top centre of the fan.
