How to Make
- Cover the whole of one side of the fan with a coat of red paint. Wait until it dries and then add another coat of paint if needed.
- Once the paint is dry, use the gold deco pen to draw an outline of a dragon on either side of the fan, and then colour them in.
- Use a black pen to write ‘2024’ at the top centre of the fan.
Top Tip
Make sure the paint is completely dry before using the gold pen over the top.
