Step 1
Start by making a chain (ch) 20 stitches long, then add 3 extra chains. Yarn over (yo) twice — you should now have 3 loops on your hook.
Step 2
Insert your hook into the 4th chain from the hook, yarn over again, and pull through. You’ll now have 4 loops on the hook.
Step 3
Yarn over and pull through the first 2 loops.
Step 4
Yarn over and pull through the next 2 loops.
Step 5
Yarn over one last time and pull through the remaining 2 loops.
Step 6
Repeat this process across the chain. When you reach the end, chain 3, turn your work, and begin the next row!
