How to Make
Step 1
Take your bottle and use deco pens to draw a snowman’s body on it.
Step 2
Draw a snowman’s face on your balloon and let it dry.
Step 3
Pour a little more than ¼ of the bottle full of white vinegar into the bottle.
Step 4
Using a funnel, add three tablespoons of bicarbonate of soda into the balloon.
Step 5
Carefully stretch the neck of the balloon over the top of the bottle, making sure not to let any of the contents fall in yet.
Step 6
When you’re ready, tip the balloon upright so all the bicarbonate falls into the bottle.
