How to Make
- Take your empty bottle and fill it ¼ full of sand.
- Add some water and wash it out a few times, being careful to only replace the water.
- Once the water is clear, pour some water into a container and take some blue crepe paper.
- Add this to the water to make it blue.
- Next, add the water to your bottle, leaving it ¼ empty.
- Add seashells.
- Fill the top ¼ with baby oil and add a few drops of orange marbling ink. Shake to mix.
- Decorate the front with the word Summer.
