How to Make
- Paint a headband in black and yellow stripes. Allow to dry.
- Take a black bumpy pipe cleaner and wrap one end around one side of the headband.
- Wrap the other end around a black pom pom.
- Cut out the individual fluffy parts of a yellow bumpy pipe cleaner.
- Wrap them around the thinner gaps in the black bumpy pipe cleaner.
- Repeat step 2 and 3 on the other side of the headband.
