Alternatively, you can mix one-part of acrylic paint with two-parts water to make a watery paint.
How to Make
- Using the template draw and cut out the lion’s face from yellow card.
- Stick the lions face to the middle of the white card.
- Stick two jumbo wiggle eyes and draw a nose, mouth and whiskers using a black deco pen.
- Then, mix your watercolours so that they are watery.
- Dip your paintbrush in the watercolour paint and place the watercolour paint around the lion’s face. Work on one section of the lion’s mane at a time so that you have more control over the paint.
- Take your straw and blow the paint away from the lions face to create the mane. Repeat until you have a full lion’s mane.
