How to Make
Step 1
Stick the skin tone face cut outs near to the bottom of the A4 white card using a jumbo glue stick.
Step 2
Draw and colour in the facial features using deco pens.
Step 3
Mix your watercolours until watery or mix one-part of acrylic paint with two-parts water for watery paint. Paint around the edge of the skin tone face cut outs.
Step 4
Take your straw and blow the paint up and away from the face to create crazy, colourful hair.
