How to Make
Step 1
Use the inside of a large tape roll as a base to build your tree-top. Use Super Tacky Glue and pom poms to build a dome. (If you don’t have a tape roll you can draw around a cup and use the circle as a guide) Start with bigger pom poms in the middle and place smaller ones around the outside. Allow to dry and repeat to make a second dome of pom poms.
Step 2
Pour coloured sand into the terracotta pot, leaving a round 1cm at the top. Push your cinnamon stick into the sand to finish.
Step 3
When they have both dried, apply glue to the flat sides of the domes and sandwich the 2cm tip of the cinnamon stick in between. Allow to dry. Add extra pom poms to the tree-top until you are happy with the shape.
