How to Make
- Firstly, cut out squares of black tissue paper. Then blow up a balloon.
- Place the balloon in a bowl or container that will stabilise the balloon. Then use masking tape to tape it to the chosen container.
- Mix pva glue with water to create a thinner consistency. Begin painting a layer of the watered down pva glue on the balloon.
- Begin sticking the black tissue paper to the balloon to create the bowl shape. Continue to glue and layer more tissue paper on top, do 3-5 layers.
- Allow to dry overnight. Then, pop the balloon, you may need to cut around the edge to make the bowl neater.
- Stick wiggle eyes on the front of the bowl.
- Cut 4 pipe cleaners in half and then bend them to create spider leg shapes.
- Poke 4 holes either side of the bowl and then poke the pipe cleaners through the holes and glue in place with super tacky glue.
- Lastly, fill your spider bowl with your favourite Halloween themed treats.
