Looking for a fun DIY project to do this Autumn? Why not recycle some of your old jam jars and turn them into beautiful light up decorations! These colourful jars are sure to brighten up any room and are a great way to repurpose unused items.

How to Make

  1. Using a deco pen draw a tree on your jar
  2. Mix some PVA with a little water to make a thin glue
  3. Paste the tissue paper squares over the whole jar until covered completely and then brush a layer of the glue mixture over the top.
  4. Let dry completely before adding lights.

Top Tip

Change the silhouette to make multiple jars that are all Autumn themed. Or you could change them up for Winter themed jars too!
