Halloween Wind Catchers Decorations

How to Make

1. Print out the template and cut out the pieces.
2. Trace the piece on to the correct coloured paper and cut them out.
3. Take your paper cup and wrap the cup template around it and fix it in place with double sided tape.
4. Poke a hole into the top of the cup and the paper circle so that you can string it up.
5. Stick on to each cup the items that make each character.
6. For the witch’s hair cut 1 cm strips of paper and wrap around a pencil for a few seconds and you will have perfect curls.
7. Add wiggle eyes if you wish and draw a face.
8. Next stick a strip of double sided tape to the inside edge of the cup.
9. Cut tissue paper in to 2-3inch strips however long you like and stick them to the inside of the cup.
10. Lastly thread a string or ribbon through the hole for hanging and tie a knot.
