Straighten your pipe-cleaners as much as you can before using.
How to Make
- Take 3 light blue pipe cleaners and twist them together in the centre so that they have a 6-pointed shape.
- Make a loop with each tip and wrap it in the centre of the pot. Do this with each piece until you have the shape of a 6-petalled flower. Set them aside for later.
- Take 3 dark blue pipe cleaners and twist them in half to create a 6-pointed shape.
- Take 2 more dark blue pipe cleaners and cut them into quarters.
- Twist 6 of these quarters onto the ends of the dark blue tips so that the snowflake is three-pointed.
- Cut 3 dark blue pipe cleaners in half. Cut each piece in half to make 6 V shapes and attach the ends halfway up each snowflake tip. Set your dark blue snowflake aside for later.
- Take 2 pink pipe cleaners and cut them in half.
- Twist 3 in half together to make a 6-pointed shape. Cut 1 piece of pink pipe cleaner into 6 equal pieces and attach each small piece to the end of each pink dot to form the triple points.
- Place the pink snowflake on top of the dark blue snowflake and then on top of the light blue flower piece, lining them all up in the centre.
- Use a piece of pipe cleaner and wrap the centre pieces tightly together to secure them as one piece.
- Decorate your snowflake with mini glue dots with iridescent acrylic stones.
- Finish off the snowflake with a V-shaped ribbon and tie a knot to hang it up.
