How to Make
- Take your coloured card and wrap your tube with it sticking it down with super tacky glue.
- Now take your white card and cut a strip about 2 inches wide - make sure its long enough to wrap around your tube, stick this to the top half of your tube (this will become the face)
- Use super tacky glue to stick lengths of wool or pompoms to the top for the hair and allow to dry fully before moving.
- Add buttons and a bowtie to the body.
- Decorate the face using coloured pens for the clown makeup.
- Add wiggle eyes and a pompom nose.
