KEEPING YOU INFORMED - our response to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Dear Customers,

During this fast changing period of concern and uncertainty, we wanted to give you an update on
how we are going about protecting our staff and the impact that has on our levels of service.

Our IT department have been working around the clock utilising all the technology available to us
to enable our staff to work from home wherever possible. Although working from home, you are still
able to contact our Customer Services Team with any queries you may have by email at

We have adopted a new shift system in our warehouse to allow for social distancing. However, due
to the high volume of orders for our crafts to keep the kids entertained (both at home and children
attending some schools), we have had to extend our Delivery Services: Express Delivery is now
2-4 working days and Standard Delivery 4-7 working days. As we experience a reduced
workforce our delivery times are liable to change so check the website for details.

We are reviewing the situation daily and will let you know of any further updates, and will continue
to offer you our best possible service during these difficult times.
