  1. Choose a skin tone sheet from the pack of paper and use a pencil to draw the outline of a mermaid onto it, then cut out this shape.<\/li>\r\n\r\n
  2. Cut out two small shell shapes from the sheet of purple glitter foam, and stick them to the mermaid to make her bikini top.<\/li>\r\n\r\n
  3. Place the mermaid shape onto the back of a sheet of pink glitter foam and trace around the tail with a pencil. Then cut out the tail shape and stick it to the mermaid.<\/li>\r\n\r\n
  4. Choose which colour foam you would like for your hair, then cut out a hair shape that is slightly bigger than the head shape of your mermaid. Then use double sided tape to stick this to the back of your mermaid's head.<\/li>\r\n\r\n
  5. Cut out your photograph so that the face on your photo is about the same size as the face of your mermaid, then stick it to the mermaid using double sided tape.<\/li>\r\n\r\n
  6. Cut out a fringe shape from the foam sheet you made the hair out of. Stick this to the top of your mermaid's head, over the top of the photo.<\/li>\r\n\r\n
