  1. Print out the templates and cut them out.<\/li>\r\n
  2. Draw around the templates onto the card and cut them out.<\/li>\r\n
  3. Take your empty bottle and add the packet of shells.<\/li>\r\n
  4. Next squeeze roughly 3 table spoons of silver glitter glue into the bottle.<\/li>\r\n
  5. Add 3 drops of blue food colouring and one drop of yellow.<\/li>\r\n
  6. Top the bottle up with tap water replace the lid and shake.<\/li>\r\n
  7. Now is the time to decide if your bottle needs any more colouring or glitter, If it does add it now.<\/li>\r\n
  8. Superglue the lid and screw it on tightly.<\/li>\r\n
  9. Take the face cut out and add wiggle eyes and draw a smile. Cut strips of wool for the hair and stick these onto the face using PVA glue.<\/li>\r\n
  10. Stick on the seashell bikini top and tail using double sided tape.<\/li>\r\n
  11. Once the head is dry stick this on using double sided tape.<\/li>\r\n
  12. Decorate with gems.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\nNote: Never leave the bottle on a windowsill or in direct sunlight","shopping_list":"
