Take one of the halves and apply two coats of paint. Leave to dry.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Cut out your dinosaur head, tail and legs from your chosen card colour and glue these in place to the non painted side of the cupcake case.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Turn the dinosaur over, so the painted side of the cupcake case is facing up. Cut out some card circles from a different coloured card and glue these to the front. Leave to dry.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Once dry, peel off the self-adhesive backing from one wiggle eye and stick in place.
