Then blow up a balloon.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Place the balloon in a bowl or container that will stabilise the balloon. Then use masking tape to tape it to the chosen container.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Mix pva glue with water to create a thinner consistency. Begin painting a layer of the watered down pva glue on the balloon.<\/li>\r\n\t<li> Begin sticking the black tissue paper to the balloon to create the bowl shape. Continue to glue and layer more tissue paper on top, do 3-5 layers.<\/li>\r\n\t<li> Allow to dry overnight.
