  1. To start, place a sheet of A3 card inside the tote bag. Then make a fist with one of your hands and paint the side of our little finger with red textile paint.<\/li>\r\n
  2. Press your fist, painted side down on the tote bag to make one half of the poppy. Turn your tote bag around and then repeat the steps to create the other half of the poppy.<\/li>\r\n
  3. Do this until you are happy with the number of poppies on the tote bag.<\/li>\r\n
  4. Next, paint your thumb with black paint and create a thumbprint in the centre of each poppy handprint.<\/li>\r\n
  5. To finish, using the template draw around the leaf shape and fill in with green textile paint. Iron the tote bag for permanent results.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>","shopping_list":"
