    \r\nTo marble:<\/b>\r\n
  1. First you will need a tray or plate on a washable surface like a kitchen top.<\/li>\r\n
  2. Squirt a layer of shaving foam into the tray.<\/li>\r\n
  3. Drip paint onto the foam. Take the end of a paintbrush or a pencil and swirl the paint to make pretty patterns (do not over mix). Now take a sheet of water colour paper and lay it flat on the foam pressing gently to ensure it makes good contact with the foam.<\/li>\r\n
  4. Lift it carefully and scrape the foam off with a ruler. Leave the paper to dry.<\/li>\r\nTo Make the card:<\/b>\r\n
  5. First print the template and cut it out of your marbled card. Take the white card and fold it in half to make a landscape card. Then cut two 7 cm wide strips of orange and green card and stick these either side of the white card to create the flag.<\/li>\r\n
  6. Now stick your shamrock in the middle at a slight angle.
