How to Make
Step 1
Firstly, mix paint with water to create a watered-down paint.
Step 2
Soak cotton balls in the watered-down paint.
Step 3
Then, place the cotton wool on the A3 card.
Step 4
Use the wooden hammer to splatter the paint-soaked cotton wool balls.
Step 5
Lastly, remove the cotton wool from the card.
