Love Bug Coasters

How to Make

1. Place a wooden coaster onto the back of a purple sheet of self-adhesive felt, then draw around it with a pencil and cut it out.
2. Stick the purple felt circle to the top of the wooden coaster. Then cut a long thin strip of felt and stick it around the edge of the coaster.
3. Draw around the coaster on the back of a pink sheet of felt and cut it out. Then cut off the top of the circle in a straight line.
4. Stick the pink piece of felt on top of the purple felt on the coaster.
5. Cut out a thin strip of purple felt and stick it down the middle of the pink felt. Then stick little purple hearts either side of this line.
6. Cut out two thin strips of pink card and stick two purple card hearts to the top of them using double-sided tape. Then stick them to the top of the love bug, underneath the felt.
7. Stick two wiggle eyes to the top of the coaster.

Top Tip

Add a sheet of felt to the bottom of the coaster to prevent it from scratching any tables.
