Match the colours of the frame to the colour of your graduation gown and cap!
How to Make
Step 1
Begin by painting the frame using blue acrylic paint.
Step 2
When the paint is dry, apply clear PVA glue and sprinkle blue glitter on top.
Step 3
Next, set the frame aside to dry. Using the templates, draw and cut out the shapes from glitter card.
Step 4
Trim down a sheet of A4 card and roll it into a scroll. Wrap red ribbon around the middle of the scroll and close with a bow.
Step 5
Assemble and stick, the graduation cap, the scroll and some stars to the frame (use the photo as reference).
Step 6
To finish, spell out your name using self-adhesive glitter foam letters.
