How to Make
- Take a fan and open it up, then cover the paper section in red paint. Leave to dry and add another coat of paint if needed.
- Once the paint has fully dried, use a gold deco pen to draw the silhouette shape of an Ox's head on the left hand side of the fan, and colour in this shape. You can draw the shape in pencil first to make sure you get it right.
- Repeat step 2 on the other side of the fan, so there are now two ox shapes.
- Use a black deco pen to write '2021' onto the top of the fan in the centre.
Top Tip
You can use black and gold paint instead of deco pens if you prefer, just make sure you use a thin paintbrush.
