You could use the marbled paper to create the background of the card and make the shamrock in the colours of the Irish flag.
How to Make

-
To marble:
- First you will need a tray or plate on a washable surface like a kitchen top.
- Squirt a layer of shaving foam into the tray.
- Drip paint onto the foam. Take the end of a paintbrush or a pencil and swirl the paint to make pretty patterns (do not over mix). Now take a sheet of water colour paper and lay it flat on the foam pressing gently to ensure it makes good contact with the foam.
- Lift it carefully and scrape the foam off with a ruler. Leave the paper to dry. To Make the card:
- First print the template and cut it out of your marbled card. Take the white card and fold it in half to make a landscape card. Then cut two 7 cm wide strips of orange and green card and stick these either side of the white card to create the flag.
- Now stick your shamrock in the middle at a slight angle. Take a black pen and write ‘happy St. Patrick’s Day on the front.
