How to Make
Step 1
Begin by using the template to cut out the shapes from felt.
Step 2
Create 2 slits in the white part of the penguin’s body, using the template as a guide.
Step 3
Place a thin line of glue around the outside edge of the white part of the penguin’s body and stick it to the black part of the penguin’s body.
Step 4
Next, stick on the penguins’ feet, beak and wiggle eyes.
Step 5
Wait for the glue to dry and then slot your cutlery into the holder.
