Top Tip
Squash the leaf papers flat using a heavy book or similar before attempting to wrap them
How to Make

- For this project you will need some pre-dried autumn leaves. You can do this by pressing them in a flower press or using a large, heavy book.
- Paste two sheets of tracing paper with PVA (you can mix it with a little water if you find it too thick).
- Take your leaves and stick them onto the papers.
- Paste a small amount of glue over your leaves.
- Next, take two new sheets of tracing paper and stick these over the top, sandwiching your leaves.
- Press flat and leave to dry.
- Take a small paper plate any colour and cut triangles around the outer rim, folding the triangles up as you go.
- Once your paper is dry, stick the short edge around the plate, taping the triangles inside. Do this or both sheets, sticking the meeting edges of the papers with glue.
- Once dry, place the lights inside and if you want you can tape them up the inside in a spiral.
