  1. Wrap a cardboard tube in black paper and stick in place with double-sided tape, folding the edges into the ends of the tube.
  2. Cut a small rectangle from a sheet of skin tone paper, then stick it to the top section of the cardboard tube.
  3. Stick two wiggle eyes to the skin tone rectangle and draw on eyebrows with a pen.
  4. Wrap a red pipe cleaner around the tube just above the face, and wrap the ends around each other to hold it in place. Trim the ends leaving about 1cm of each end.
  5. Wrap another red pipe cleaner around the middle of the cardboard tube, twisting the ends together at the back to hold it in place. Then trim the ends.
  6. Cut a white pipe cleaner to about three inches long. Then slide it into the middle red pipe cleaner on the cardboard tube.
