    For your black noise maker:
  1. Decorate a sheet of black paper with gold and silver pens (e.g., stars or dots).
  2. Wrap the paper around a cardboard tube, securing with double-sided tape, and fold one end neatly (use a glue gun if needed).
  3. Fill the tube with bells and small tissue balls, then tape the other end flat and out of sight.
  4. Stick on foam letters to spell "Happy New Year," and add silver adhesive pearls in the gaps.
  5. For your silver noise maker:
  6. Cut two sections of corrugated border roll and stick them together. Wrap around the cardboard tube with tape or glue, folding and gluing one end neatly.
  7. Fill with bells and small tissue balls, then tape the other end flat and hidden.
  8. Glue a black sugar paper rectangle to the middle of the tube, using serrated scissors for a wavy edge if available.
  9. Decorate with stars and gold "2024" numbers. Perfect for making some festive noise!
