How to Make
Step 1
Start by using the template to draw and cut out the numbers from glitter card, then cover the canvas with black paint.
Step 2
Whilst the canvas is drying, use scissors to create snips in one end of paper straws and cardboard tubes.
Step 3
Fan out the snipped end of the cardboard tubes.
Step 4
Dip the fanned-out edges of the cardboard tube in paint. Stamp the cardboard tube onto the black canvas.
Step 5
Repeat this technique using the cardboard tubes and paper straws.
Step 6
Whilst the paint is still wet, sprinkle some glitter over the canvas and then stick the glitter card numbers in the centre.
